Sacha Silvester appointed acting chair of D-INCERT

As a result of his appointment as dean of the School of Design at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Cees de Bont will leave the position of chair of D-INCERT as of 1 February. After his departure, Sacha Silvester will take on his duties as chair of D-INCERT on a temporary basis. As a researcher Sacha has been involved in D-INCERT from the beginning and he is going to concentrate on drawing up a new business plan.
