"Welcome to the website of the Faculty of Industrial Design at the Delft University of Technology. Supplementing direct experiences with Industrial Design staff and students and the influential word-of-mouth distribution of information, the website is one of the most important sources of information from our faculty. The significance of this medium has increased significantly in recent years, giving ample cause to focus more attention on the form and content of our website.

For some visitors, it is their first introduction to our faculty. The intention is to give these visitors a good idea of the wide range of activities at Industrial Design. They can then zoom in on the specific fields they are interested in. Others are very familiar with the faculty and will in most cases look for specific information.
