Advanced Automotive Design is a specialisation in the IDE Master's program that specializes in the automotive design domain from a strategic perspective.

Automotive design is a field that, more than others, drives on tacit knowledge and the application thereof. However the automotive Industry, its products, and their role and perception in society, have undergone such dramatic changes in the last decades that a more scientific approach of the field is imminent.

The aim of this scientific approach is to create an automotive design framework for the development of new and appropriate automotive designs, which facilitates and is driven by tacit knowledge.
